HuaGuangCloud Yaomu AI (the "Service") is an AI video localization platform provided by HuaGuangCloud, including but not limited to: - Subtitle translation and generation - Voice dubbing and synthesis - Subtitle removal and processing - Video format conversion - Multi-language localization We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service without notice.

Use of the Service requires account registration. You agree to: - Provide true, accurate, and complete registration info - Update your account info promptly - Safeguard your password and be responsible for all account activities - Not transfer your account to others Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: - Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content - Infringe others' IP or privacy rights - Crack, reverse-engineer, or attack our systems - Use automated scripts to scrape data - Interfere with other users - Use the service for illegal purposes Violations may result in account suspension/termination and legal action.

**Our Rights:** - Software, tech, and UI design belong to HuaGuangCloud - Trademarks like "Yaomu AI" and "HuaGuangCloud" belong to HuaGuangCloud - No copying/modifying for commercial use without permission **Your Rights:** - You own your uploaded video files - You own the processed video files - You grant us limited usage rights necessary for processing

**Billing:** - Pay-per-second model - Rechargeable balance (never expires) - Prices as posted on the official site **Invoicing:** - VAT special and general invoices supported - Issued within 3-5 business days after request

**Availability:** - 99.9% SLA uptime - Scheduled maintenance < 4 hours/month **Quality:** - 99.9% subtitle recognition accuracy - Re-process if unsatisfied **Disclaimer:** - Not liable for force majeure - Not liable for third-party issues - Not liable for indirect losses

**Protection:** - HTTPS encryption - AES-256 storage encryption - ISO27001 certified **Retention:** - Uploaded files deleted within 7 days - Early deletion upon request - All data deleted within 30 days of account closure **Security:** - No selling/renting of data - See Privacy Policy for details

**Liability Cap:** - Max compensation = total fees paid in the last 12 months - No liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages **Exemptions:** - User error - Third-party failures - Force majeure - Legal/government changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on the site. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the service.

**Negotiation:** Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. **Jurisdiction:** If negotiation fails, either party may sue in a court of competent jurisdiction at HuaGuangCloud's location. **Governing Law:** Governed by the laws of the PRC.
